Revenue Operations

EmphoraSoft

Replacing disconnected sales activity with a working revenue system.

Sales activity was happening, but there was no consistent operating system connecting targeting, ownership, outreach, pipeline, measurement, and leadership execution.

01

The Situation

The team was working hard, but sales activity was largely disconnected. There were no established SOPs, no consistent method behind target-account selection, limited visibility into effort and outcomes, and no clearly defined KPIs or OKRs.

The company had won some customers, but those wins had not yet been translated into a repeatable commercial process.

02

What AccelForge Found

The issue was not simply salesperson productivity. The underlying revenue operating system had not been built.

Targeting, follow-up, ownership, messaging, tools, team structure, pipeline management, measurement, forecasting, and leadership cadence needed to operate together rather than as isolated activities.

03

What Changed

AccelForge defined the ICP, target personas, outreach process, follow-up rules, messaging, channels, team structure, SDR and AE responsibilities, CRM usage, sourcing tools, pipeline presentation, healthy pipeline metrics, projections, and alternate revenue channels.

The work also included training the SDR and AE organisation and creating greater clarity around what leadership should measure and how the commercial organisation should operate.

04

The Outcome

The organisation moved from largely opportunistic sales activity toward a defined revenue operating model with clearer ownership, process, measurement, and execution discipline.

The value of the engagement was not a single sales playbook. It was creating the structure required for the team and leadership to make commercial activity visible, measurable, and repeatable.

The AccelForge Approach

The work starts with the constraint, not a predetermined playbook.

If growth is not moving the way it should, the first job is to understand why. The answer determines what needs to change next.
