Product, GTM & Revenue
Youkti
Turning market insight into a sharper product and commercial motion.
The opportunity was not simply to sell an existing product harder. It was to identify a more valuable problem, shape the product around it, and build the commercial motion alongside it.
The Situation
Youkti was building a business intelligence and intent platform in a market where several products already provided company and buyer signals.
The question was how the product could solve a problem that was sufficiently useful and differentiated rather than becoming another source of intent data.
What AccelForge Found
The stronger opportunity was not simply identifying new signals. It was helping revenue teams act on signals around opportunities that were already sitting inside their CRM.
A stale deal could become relevant again when something meaningful changed at the account, such as funding, expansion, event participation, or another commercial trigger. Bringing that intelligence into the existing revenue workflow created a much clearer use case.
What Changed
The product direction evolved around connecting intelligence with the customer's existing CRM and surfacing relevant changes against accounts and opportunities that required attention.
The work also extended into who Youkti should speak to, how conversations should differ across CRO, CBO, CFO, and other leadership personas, how messaging should be personalised, and how customer engagement, onboarding, and the wider revenue operating system should work.
The Outcome
The product incorporated the use case into its direction and began taking a more specific problem to market rather than competing only on access to intent signals.
The engagement demonstrates a core AccelForge principle: sometimes the constraint to revenue sits before sales. Product, problem, buyer, messaging, and execution have to work as one commercial system.
The AccelForge Approach
The work starts with the constraint, not a predetermined playbook.
If growth is not moving the way it should, the first job is to understand why. The answer determines what needs to change next.
