Growth & Revenue

Zoftware

Building the sales motion behind the first 100 customers.

Zoftware had early revenue, but the audience, pitch, messaging, demos, follow-up, and sales motion needed to become far more deliberate.

01

The Situation

Zoftware was at roughly $10,000 in monthly recurring revenue. The business had customers, but the path to finding and winning the next set of customers was not yet repeatable.

The challenge was broader than generating more leads. The company needed greater clarity around who to pursue, how the product should be presented, and how the sales process should work from the first conversation through follow-up and closure.

02

What AccelForge Found

The actual audience needed to be sharpened. The sales pitch and messaging were not consistently reflecting how potential buyers perceived the problem, and the commercial process needed stronger discipline around targeting, demos, outreach, and follow-up.

Early growth required direct learning from customer conversations rather than adding more process for its own sake.

03

What Changed

The work covered audience and ICP definition, product understanding, positioning, sales messaging, outreach, demo structure, follow-up timing, follow-up context, and the broader operating rhythm around customer acquisition.

AccelForge worked at both leadership and individual-contributor level, including participating directly in customer conversations and helping establish what should and should not be said during the sales process.

04

The Outcome

The resulting commercial motion supported Zoftware through its first 100 customers and growth from roughly $10,000 MRR to more than $100,000 MRR.

More importantly, the company moved from learning through individual sales opportunities to having a clearer understanding of who to sell to, how to sell, and how to repeat what was working.

The AccelForge Approach

The work starts with the constraint, not a predetermined playbook.

If growth is not moving the way it should, the first job is to understand why. The answer determines what needs to change next.
